This is our Big Autumn Social event and it incorporates the Club AGM. A chance for a relaxed meet up for club members and friends to share tales of the 2025 events and plans/ideas for the year ahead.

About the event
Please take a look at the venue at https://leamarstonhotel.co.uk/ but please do not book any rooms or extras as the prices we have negotiated include our Saturday night banqueting meal etc. If you would like any extras, then please let me know.
This is a pet friendly Hotel with a charge of £15.00 per night.
You can book for either one or two nights but if you don’t want to miss all the fun, then two nights are highly recommended to take advantage of the event and all the facilities at the hotel.
The rates for the event and including our Saturday night banqueting meal are:
2-night stay, double occupancy £350
2 nights stay single occupancy £290
