End of Term Bash 2025
Hi Everyone
By now you should have received your June copy of ‘The Montecarlo’
In this edition is announced the ‘End of Term Bash’ and I have a few extra bits and pieces to add but first here are the basics.
The date is Friday 17th to Sunday 19th October 2025, and the venue is the ‘Lea Marston Hotel.’
Haunch Lane, Lea Marston, Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire, B76 0BY. Please take a look at the venue at https://leamarstonhotel.co.uk/ but please do not book any rooms or extras as the prices we have negotiated include our Saturday night banqueting meal etc. If you would like any extras, then please let me know.
This is a pet friendly Hotel with a charge of £15.00 per night.
You can book for either one or two nights but if you don’t want to miss all the fun, then two nights are highly recommended to take advantage of the event and all the facilities at the hotel.
The rates for the event and including our Saturday night banqueting meal are:
2-night stay, double occupancy £350
2 nights stay single occupancy £290
1 night stay double occupancy £215
1 night stay single occupancy £175
There is also the option of upgrading to different rooms, but should you wish to upgrade, then please BOOK EARLY with me as we only have Classic rooms reserved, and I will need to book upgraded rooms separately.
Superior room £30.00 extra per night
Executive room £40.00 extra per night
Suite £70.00 extra per night.
To book please either email me, secretary@lanciamontecarlo.club or via WhatsApp via my number 07836 202811.
When booking with me could you please indicate if you require an upgrade. When booking any room, please indicate:
One- or two-night stay.
One- or two-person occupancy with the names of guests.
Double- or Twin-bedded room.
Your mobile phone number.
If you are likely to come in a Monte.
The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, and a gym which are all free to use. There is also a spa with various treatments available at extra charge (please see website)
And of course, I wouldn’t book a venue without a golf driving range!!
On Saturday morning there will be a ‘Drive out’ to a pub for a light lunch. For those who wish to attend the Club Annual General meeting, this will be held on Saturday afternoon.
More details such as the menu for Saturday lunch and for the banquet meal, to come during the run up to the event.
